Silencing Your Inner Critic

Hey Sis,
We all have that voice inside our head that loves to point out our flaws and tell us we’re not enough. But guess what? You don’t have to listen to it.
That inner critic? It's not the truth. It’s a collection of fears, doubts, and past experiences that no longer serve you. It’s time to replace those negative thoughts with kindness and support.
Start by recognizing when the critic shows up and challenge it. Ask yourself, “Is this thought really true? Is it helpful?” Most of the time, the answer is no. Then, replace it with a positive affirmation. Tell yourself, “I’m capable. I’m worthy. I’m enough.”
The more you practice speaking kindly to yourself, the quieter that critic will get. Remember, you are your biggest supporter—let that voice be the loudest one in your head.
You deserve compassion, Sis. Speak to yourself with the same love and encouragement you offer everyone else.
With love and compassion,
