What’s A Gift?

Try putting gifts for your children under the tree in brown paper bags or trash bags. They're expecting the pretty wrapping paper with the bow on top. They'll hesitate opening the package only to find it's exactly what they'd been asking for!

Anyone like me? If what I prayed for doesn't come in the packaging I expected I've missed it. I'll admit I've done this more than once.

It's interesting how packaging makes a strong impact on our expectation of what it is and how we'll react.

I invite you to sit back and observe. What you've been asking for you may already have. It's just in a different packaging. Don't let the packaging fool you! You'll miss out on your blessing!
